Job description: Focuses on meeting the needs of accounts across all departments within WATCO. Serves as a primary point of contract for accounts, building relationships between the account and WATCO, and generating revenue for account and WATCO.
- Facilitate and Coordinate the daily transactions requested by our accounts.
- Develop and maintain clear communication with each account to understand their needs, directions and special requirements. Consistently strive to exceed the expectations of your accounts.
- Prepare documents for inbound entry into GPIT TOS(s) & provide to Customer Service Representative.
- Review account releases for outbound shipment entry into GPIT TOS(s).
- Generate spreadsheet reports, if needed.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of accounts’ current on hand inventories.
- Review account complaints and where appropriate, develop and respond with both cause and corrective action.
- Work in conjunction with GPIT Sales Team to provide the primary link between the account and Watco in answering questions, resolving difficulties and communication business status.
- Maintain confidentiality with all accounts.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the terminals’ operating capabilities and processes.
- Maintain communication with external accounts & internal stake holders (ops, billing, leadership, etc.)
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adjust to changing operating conditions and work with a team.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
