Starting Hourly Rate: $18.00/hour.

Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing including background check and hair follicle drug screen.

Dupont Schedule: Rotating Days/Nights

 

Job Requirements

  • Responsibility to clean out boxcars in preparation of repair using shovels, brooms and pressure washers.
  • Must be physically able to climb in and out of boxcars all day, repetitively push, pull and bend; lift up to 100 lbs. moving debris and receptacles. 
  • Must have valid driver’s license as position requires operation of company vehicles. 
  • Work is performed outside - applicants must be willing to work in adverse seasonal conditions. 

 

Education and Experience

 

  • High school education or general education (GED)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass all preemployment testing including background check and hair follicle drug screen.
  • Ability to obtain a TWIC card.

 

Work Environment

 

  • While performing the essential functions of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to loud noise, moving machinery parts, outdoor weather conditions and elements, airborne particles and fumes from gas, oil, and grease, welding arcs: and/or frequently exposed burns.
