Job Summary

As an IT Infrastructure Field Specialist, you'll be supporting technology at our Greens Port Industrial Park. If you're looking for an exciting role that combines fieldwork, IT installation, and problem-solving, this is your opportunity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•  Installing and supporting IT infrastructure, firewall configuration, VPN setup, and network diagnostics 
•  Running and terminating network cables and performing IT troubleshooting in field environments
•  Supporting new location openings, traveling nationwide to implement technology systems
•  Maintaining site security systems, including door access and camera systems
•  Documenting and maintaining network configurations and standard operating procedures
•  Providing on-site support in rail yards and industrial environments—safety certifications will be provided
•  Working independently in remote satellite locations, solving complex IT challenges

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of field experience is required
• Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) preferred
• Vocational or technical training in IT or networking is a plus2+ years of experience Working in the field with Infrastructure related equipment
• Hands-on skills in setting up routers, switches, Wi-Fi, and user hardware
• Experience with cabling and low-voltage installations
• Knowledge of 4G networks and radio equipment (preferred but not required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on ladders, rooftops, and in industrial settings
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology
