Job Summary
The Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the hiring process by helping to attract and select candidates who align with Watco’s culture and business needs. This position works closely with hiring managers and the recruiting team to support through sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication while ensuring a positive experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Post job openings on company website, job boards, and social media
• Review applications and resumes for minimum qualifications
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate with candidates throughout the process to ensure a positive experience
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support onboarding activities for new hires in partnership with People Services
• Learn and apply recruiting best practices and tools
Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills
• Ability to travel
