The Treasury Specialist is an important member of the Finance and Accounting team, responsible for a variety of duties within the treasury department.

Responsibilities Include:

· Responsible for daily financial position reporting.

· Responsible for monthly and quarterly financial reporting.

· Support Watco’s purchase card program with a focus on audit and reporting, as well as assist the Purchase Card team with other duties.

· Crosstrain with Cash Manager on reporting, journal entries, and disbursements.

· Maintain process documentation and create new documentation as needed.

· Monitor compliance with accounting principles and company procedures.

· Assist with annual and interim audit work.

· Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving processes.

· Other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Skills:

· Strong understanding of foundation principles.

· Minimum of 2 years’ related experience and/or training.

· Preference will be given to candidates with treasury experience.

· Adhere to standard accounting principles and company procedures.

· Ability to maintain confidential information.

· Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent time management skills.

· Must demonstrate self-initiative and follow-through.

· Excel proficiency is required.

· SAP experience is a plus.
